1. Shipping Destinations

We provide both domestic and international shipping to many locations worldwide. However, certain areas may be subject to restrictions due to customs regulations or logistical limitations. In cases where shipping to your address isn’t possible, we’ll inform you promptly and offer alternative solutions if available.

2. Processing Time

  • We process all orders within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. To speed up delivery, items in the same order may be shipped separately. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details to monitor your shipment in real time.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight, destination, and chosen shipping method.
We offer Free Shipping on eligible orders—be sure to check our current promotions for details.
Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and may vary by country.

5. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. You can use the provided link to track your package or visit our shipping partner’s website for real-time updates on your delivery status.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time:

  • While we strive for timely deliveries, unexpected delays may occasionally occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues. Please allow a few extra days beyond the estimated delivery window.

    If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days after the expected date, contact us at info@sailtopic.xyz for support.

    If your package is marked “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:

    • Check with neighbors, building staff, or your local post office.

    • Still no luck? Reach out to us—we’ll coordinate with the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue.

7. Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address during checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be liable for any additional reshipping fees.

    Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable for undeliverable or refused packages.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged package and products.

  2. Contact us at info@sailtopic.xyz within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement or refund.

9. Order Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once your order is processed, no changes or cancellations can be made. However, eligible items may be returned in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy.
