We offer domestic and international shipping to various locations. However, some regions may have shipping restrictions due to customs regulations or logistical challenges. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you immediately.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- If your order includes multiple items, we may ship them separately to ensure faster delivery.
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

4. Shipping Costs

5. Tracking Your Order

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time:
- Please allow a few extra days, as shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

If your package is lost or marked as “delivered” but you have not received it:
- Check with your neighbors, building management, or local post office.
- Contact us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
7. Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages
- Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for additional reshipping costs.
- We do not refund shipping fees for undeliverable or refused packages.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please:
- Take clear photos of the damaged package and items.
- Contact us at info@sailtopic.xyz within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement or refund.
9. Order Cancellations & Changes
- Modifications & Cancellations: Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement.
- Once an order is processed, it cannot be changed or canceled, but you may return eligible items under our Refund and Return Policy.
