1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Perishable items, opened food products, and items marked as non-returnable due to health and safety reasons cannot be returned.
